Law Firms and Accounting Practices in Vietnam Serving Chinese-Speaking Clients

Nineteen verified law and accounting practices, listed with their official websites rather than addresses and phone numbers. Four of the source’s twenty-three could not be verified and were removed, and three names or locations did not match the verification result. This is not a recommendation list.

Key compliance points

  • Addresses and telephone numbers are deliberately omitted. Vietnam completed a nationwide ward reorganisation in 2025 and adjustments continue; a website is a more stable pointer, and a firm’s own contact details will always be more current than any third-party list.
  • Three entries in the source proved out of date or wrong Mazars is now Forvis Mazars, AISC is now Moore AISC, and Phong Gia was listed under Hanoi though the entity is in Ho Chi Minh City. GV Lawyers also has three offices, not two.
  • Entries that could not be verified were removed, not kept as doubtful. Removal does not imply an organisation does not exist or is not legitimate — only that verification fit for publication was not reached.
  • Ask to see practising credentials legal practice is governed by the Law on Lawyers 65/2006/QH11 and independent audit by the Law on Independent Audit 67/2011/QH12. Do not engage a provider that cannot produce the relevant certificate for work in that scope.

Establish these before use

  1. 1Check the contracting entity’s name and tax code on the national business registration portal
  2. 2Where international network membership is claimed, check that network’s own global directory
  3. 3Establish whether Chinese-language service is direct from the person handling your matter, or relayed by a salesperson
  4. 4Require a written quotation: whether official fees and translation or legalisation are included, how out-of-scope work is charged, deliverables and timeline
